As Major Cities Around the World Are Growing, so Are Their Problems. What Are These Problems for Young People Living in Cities? What Are Possible Solutions to These Problems?
There is no doubt that metro cities have developed significantly in the past decades, but still, the city’s people face many problems. Poor housing systems and pollution are major problems in metro cities. The solution to these problems is to maintain some major polluted projects outside the city to solve these issues.
On the one hand, the population is increasing daily, and people do not have a proper place to live, which is a major issue in metro cities. Many people lack proper residential areas. One of the major cities in India, Mumbai, has an area called Dharavi, a huge slum in Asia. The people of this area do not have proper houses; they live in small houses and lack proper facilities. It is also a major spot for various diseases because there is no proper planning by the government.
On the other hand, pollution is a significant issue for metro cities. Everyone has their own vehicle, and pollution increases daily. Additionally, factories contribute a lot of pollution to the city, and people do not follow traffic rules. Only the government can take steps to control this behaviour.
In conclusion, the government can take necessary steps to control traffic and set up factories outside the town to protect people from diseases. Additionally, proper housing facilities should be maintained for the people.
