Question 1 Is it difficult for you to stay focused on something?
Answer – Well, to be honest, not every time, but sometimes it is hard to concentration on something for me.
Question 2 When is it hard to concentrate?
Answer – When we are working on something and pivot to focus on a particular task that time someone or other factors interrupting, then it is hard to concentrate. Such as noisy places. As well as we don’t take an interest in them at that time too.
Question 3 What may distract you when you are trying to stay focused?
Answer – Surrounding atmosphere is principally mattered. As I said earlier, if I am outside and their noise level is high, then it disturbs me. Some people also like to read books in public places, but I couldn’t concentrate there.
Question 4 In what situations do you need to concentrate
Answer – To focus on a specific task, I need to a silent place and required to interest in that work for me.
Question 5 When do you need to be focused?
Answer – I am a student, and whenever I am studying my academic books or doing any other task at that time, I mostly need to focus.
Question 6 What do you do to improve concentration?
Answer – Early morning, I regularly do yoga and exercise. For concentration, I learned one yoga from my aunt in this yoga, and firstly, I took a long breath, closed my eyes, and then slowly exhaled later repeat this at least for 2 minutes.
Question 7 What do you do to help you concentrate?
Answer – Regular yoga and exercise help me improve my concentration.
Question 8 Is it easy for you to do two things simultaneously?
Answer – No, I am not good at doing two tasks at the same time. If I do, then it is hard for me to same focus on both things.
