📚 Reading books is a very good habit and helps in many ways. I read many books in my childhood, mostly preferring storybooks. Nowadays, I like to read all types of books, such as history books, cooking recipes, horror stories, love stories, etc.
Today, I would like to discuss one of the most important books I read in 2013. The book’s name is “Diabetes.” This book contains health and disease-related information, especially about diabetes. I found this book at a hospital when my grandfather had bypass surgery in 2013.
I am interested in research and disease-related books, so I decided to read them. The book is very interesting and provides lots of information about what diabetes is, how it occurs, the types of diabetes, the solutions, and how to maintain diabetes.
It also discusses which foods to take and how to care for a person with diabetes. Additionally, it contains information about other diseases that might affect diabetes patients. Although I forgot the author’s name, I found the book very useful and interesting because it spreads awareness about a serious disease, which can be helpful in many ways. 📖
