Today I am going to talk about Multichoice Zimbabwe, a Digital satellite television franchise that ensures we stay glued to our TVs 24/7. I have received the best treatment from them not just once but on several occasions. The incidence l will narrate today occurred in July of 2019. I had made a monthly subscription through the bank as always, a week in advance before the old one expired, but to my surprise, service got cut off a few days after the expiration of June subs.
To my surprise, when l called them, my account had not been credited. I even called my bank to confirm, and the payment indeed had been made to Multichoice. I am glad to mention that I didn’t need to call their accounts department or manager for my Issue to be rectified, but the first call that l made to the service consultant was the one that did the trick. Because usually, when you call them, you wait for more than three or five minutes before they can pick up your call. Then, you will then have to wait for another five before you are transferred to the respective Department to be assisted.
Interestingly on that said day, they didn’t make me wait that long. Instead, they asked to call me back after looking into my Issue. Within fifteen minutes, l received a call informing me that they had corrected my Issue, and on top of that, l was awarded a full bouquet for viewing for that whole month for free.

Answer – I suppose there is not much of a difference because at the end of the day they all want to fulfill the same obligations, maybe the only difference l may cite would be in the range of products offered, but with regards to customer service, they all need to attract a large number of customers so they both should offer exceptional services.

Answer – Well, l believe people should approach the customer service Department and lodge their complaint, they can make use of suggestion boxes if they fear victimization. of all this does not work or doesn’t measure up, then individuals need to take up their story to the top management or involve the police if they are needed for litigation.
Question 5 Why do some people not k what service is good?
Answer – Hmmm, l believe they just want to get the products they want without causing trouble for anyone because they can afford them with their budget; another reason would be solely because they do not know that a particular service exists for customers or they are not really conversant with customer laws, so they happen to take in anything that comes their way. For example, a friend of mine didn’t want to report shop merchandise that had mistreated her just because she was afraid of being victimized.
