Question 1:- Do you often write (or send) emails?
Answer:- No, I don’t often. But as a student nowadays, online classes are ongoing So, faculty do take assignment submission by email. Moreover, as an IELTS preparation, I conversate mostly with the mails as it is helpful and it is convenient as well.
Question 2:- What do you write about?
Answer:- If it is an official mail, then my writeup will be work-related, but if I am sending my mail to my friends or relative, then I will write about their well being and about my regards.
Question 3:- Do you think emails are useful?
Answer:- Yes, definitely emails are crucial because they official way of communicating without any information leakage. Moreover, it is a more convenient way of interacting.
Question 4:- What kinds of emails do you send and receive?
Answer:- Due to modernisation, all the work are done online, so I receive man official mails such as bank mails, insurance mails and so on. Furthermore, I receive unofficial mails from different apps as well as advertisements. And I send mail to the company or to friends or relatives.
Question 5:- Do you think it is a good thing that some companies send out letters/spam emails for the purpose of advertising?
Answer:- Actually speaking, receiving advertisement emails is a headache as well as it increases the load of mailbox but, due to technological innovations now it has become the safest way to interact with the consumer.
Question 6:- How often do you write letters?
Answer:- I do not write a letter daily. Although I write it whenever I have any complaints or any enquiry, then I write a letter.
Question 7:- What do you write about?
Answer:- For instance, I want to write a complaint letter, then I will write about my issue and the address. Moreover, I will request a reply.
Question 8:- On what occasions do you write letters?
Answer:- As I mentioned earlier, I write letters about my complain and regards.

Answer:- Yes indeed, I like writing letters because it expresses a feeling and as well as it also way to keep a memory which is not possible in the message as it can be deleted anytime.
Question 10:- Do you and your friend keep in touch by (handwritten) letter?
Answer:- No, now as technological advancement is concerned, we do not exchange handwritten letters, but we do write letters in mails as it is a convenient way.
Question 11:- How do you keep in touch with your friends and relatives (by email, letter, by phone or by any other way)?
Answer:- Actually, I mostly communicate with my friends and relatives on calls, but if he/ she is busy, then I have to send a message or a mail.
