Question 1:- Do you like (to learn about) history?
Answer:- I am a fan of history. I am captivated by stories of who our ancestors were, the type of lifestyles they led and how we became what we are today.
Question 2:- What historical event do you find most interesting?
Answer:- Between you and me, there is nothing else that fascinates me except the history of my country’s independence. Therefore, l continue to surf the net, to unravel some more secrets of what transpired on the road to freedom.
Question 3:- Do you think history is important?
Answer:- Knowing the truths about our past usually provokes the need of learning what our future will hold, and with that, I believe a lot of people will be encouraged to join the race in making our world or nations better. For example, the National youth service inculcates knowledge of the history of our country, and upon graduating, many of them become visionaries with the sole objective of developing the nation.
Question 4:- Do you’re to watch programs on TV about history?
Answer:- As l said, I am a big fan of history, so l always take an interest in finding out the past events of many different nations because l believe l may be able to pick lessons that can also help us move our nation to greater heights.
Question 5:- Do you think you can learn history from films and TV programs?
Answer:- Besides the traditional print, l.probably think what we get to view with our own eyes sticks greatly to one’s mind that just mere reading and also it makes the whole subject interesting as well.
Question 6:- Do you think the Internet is a good place to learn about history?
Answer:- With the dramatic modifications happening to technology, the Internet can be a very effective forum to acquire knowledge about history but taking into consideration that an individual knows the reliable websites that they can use to get credible information.
Question 7:- Can you name a person from history whom you would like to learn more about?
Answer:- I never got a chance to study European history, so given the opportunity, l would love to get more on the great explorer of all times, Christopher Columbus, because we used to sing about him in kindergarten, and that was the last l heard of him.
Question 8:- Why would you like to learn more about him/her?
Answer:- I need to know what happened on his great voyages on the Atlantic, and after he went to America, l heard he was a great explorer and navigator.
