In Many Cities, Problems Related to Overpopulation Are Becoming More Common

In many cities, problems related to overpopulation are becoming more common. Some governments are now encouraging businesses and individuals to move out of cities to rural areas. Do the advantages of this trend outweigh the disadvantages?

Overpopulation can lead to overcrowding and poor quality housing in many large cities. Nowadays, authorities inspire the owners of factories and industries to establish in outskirts as compared to urban areas due to the rapid increase in population. There are some merits that exceed the demerits of this statement which are discussed in the following paragraphs.

To begin with the merits of industrialisation in rural areas, the first one is less competition. People who live in the outskirts are not advanced or less educated. Moreover, the majority of individuals think that towns are adequate places to run their business faster. Thus, they are less likely to establish their industries in rural areas. Hence, to get escalation in industries, people ought to start their factories in backward areas. For example, a branch of the coca-cola company is situated in the outer area of Ludhiana, Punjab, and it is the only cooldrink industry in that outer area that get developed in less time.

Furthermore, another advantage is an increase in job opportunities. These days, industries that are in urban areas require more qualified people, while people of rural areas are almost less educated. Hence, if industrialisation will establish in backward areas, then less qualified people will also be able to get jobs and get experience in their life. For instance, in Punjab, agriculture work is at Zenith. Hence, most pesticides companies establish their branch in villages and individuals who are not more qualified are able to do the job in those branches, which is a tremendous way to earn.

To encapsulate, overpopulation is a modern problem of a society that would be detrimental in the upcoming time. However, establishing a business in villages is a magnificent way to grow industrialisation.
