Not All Drivers Obey the Laws While Driving on Roads (7)

Not all drivers obey the laws while driving on roads. What are the reasons for this? What can be done to fix this problem?

It is very common globally for drivers to break the rules when driving. In my view, the causes for this typically relate to extreme situations and personalities of drivers, and the best solutions to overcome these need various governmental regulations.

Firstly, drivers often do not follow traffic laws nowadays due to they are hurried up wherever they go, like some people might be late and, in a hurry, go to work or airport for an appointment or to catch the flight which disobeys the rules on the road. Moreover, most drivers like to fond to last-minute speed up driving while the traffic light starts to red which creates a common incident on a daily basis. Secondly, many drivers do not follow traffic rules because of individual temperament, driving under the influence of a drug such as alcohol, using a portable device while driving, and being tired after a long run. All these circumstances imply that the breaking of the laws is a result of neglect rather than harmful intent.

In order to remedy these public safety hazards, authorities must implement widespread, long-term ameliorate. The fastest adoption needs to carry out are strict penalties on breaking the rules. If the consequence for speeding, for example, provide jail and need to cease their vehicle and license if the severe rules they disobey. On the other hand, the governments should be strict about the distribution of alcoholic beverages as it creates a huge impact on accidents while driving. For example, the Indian government has banned all bars and wine shops which are near 250 meters from the national and state highway. In addition, states need to educate in other areas such as RTO while requirements of licenses, raising driving safety in schools, as well as signing boards on roads which can avoid driver fatigue.

To conclude, motorists must follow traffic rules to avoid an accident happen. The government and individuals have the responsibility to take it every time.
