Things that I find dull include getting stuck in traffic jams 🚗, waiting in line 🕰️, or waiting for someone at a cafe ☕. I also get easily bored by lectures on uninteresting topics like politics 💤.

When I feel bored, I go out and get some fresh air 🌬️. If I can’t go out, I listen to good music because music therapy always works 🎶.
