INTRODUCTION
The workplace is a second home for the people. Some people think that employment assists people in making money and also helps in making them social. While others think social life is mandatory in the workplace; otherwise man will become a machine that generates money only. I will write both ideas in the upcoming paragraphs.
PARAGRAPH 1
First off, employment fulfills a person’s economic needs and also makes him social. When people involve themselves in any kind of job, they get regular income and also make friends there. Thus, they can work effectively in a cosmopolitan ambiance. For example, when people work together under one roof, they exchange their ideas with each other and now and then, they take advice not only on issues related to work but also on their personal issues.
PARAGRAPH 2
On the contrary, a group of people thinks that social life must be outside of work. They think having a friend circle at work means less focus on work, more gossip, and unhealthy competition among personnel. They think it will make people more emotional and less practical and this thing is not good for any company or firm. Namely, if people have no friends circle at the workplace, they would utilize time effectively and would be more practical in their dealings.
CONCLUSION
In conclusion, although the workplace meets the economic needs of people without social life at the workplace is useless. Because the absence of a friendly environment at the office can turn people into a machine that works properly but it stops working when it runs out of oil. Similarly social with others give a chance to people to express their ideas and people can ask for help on issues: personal and professional.
