Sample Answer of Talk About a Famous Athlete You Know

My coach and two-time Mr Olympia, Priyam Sir, is the person I’m going to talk about. He is the most wonderful person I have ever met. Even when he is busy coaching other guys, he always helps me with my questions and physical fitness.

The best part is how he handles all of his clients and communicates with them. When I first met him, it never felt like I was talking to him for the first time; it felt like we had known each other for years.

On Sundays, he is usually free because gyms are closed and everyone is on their weekend cheat day. And we recently started a practice of giving fitness sessions online and using our free time to educate and motivate others to stay fit in life; I have learned a lot from him, and he has become my idol as a result.

Perhaps it comes from within or is inherited from their parents to help others, as in today’s cutting-edge era with the ever-increasing competition in everything, such a nature is very difficult to find, and I am glad I know such a person, and I am on cloud 9 every time I am with him, who radiates good vibes.

Follow-ups of Talk About a Famous Athlete You Know

Question 1:- What kinds of exercises do Indian people like?-

Answer:- Indian people are not into much fitness. However, these days the social media is making a huge step to bring out the importance of fitness and exercises, and to my thought, I feel and observe that we are much into cardio-based exercises like brisk walks and jumping. On the lakeside, I every time observe that the oldies and the youngsters are usually practising them and running over the paths.

Question 2:- What characteristics do you think an athlete should have?-

Answer:- I think it totally depends on what kind of athlete are you into, as there are a number of sports and fitness categories such as lean physique, which sportspersons have or bulky like the bodybuilders or heavyweight champions or the massive physique for sumo sports. Every athlete has a practice in common, which is diet and dedication to practise them daily. If one of these two is absent, there is no option for one to be a good athlete.

Question 3:- Why are there so few top athletes?-

Answer:- As discussed, diet and dedication are the keys to fitness in athletes, and not everyone can follow strict routines along with strict diets with a limited amount of food to be eaten as per their goal. So in total, it becomes difficult for most people to follow the same, and this becomes a major reason for people not being fit and active and not going towards the path of the athlete.

Question 4:- What’s the best way to become a top athlete?-

Answer:- This is a tricky question, however to my knowledge, the best way to become a top athlete is following the 2D, which are diet and dedication and practising alot as this is the only and only thing which polishes the skill of athlete in any kind of sporting area.
