The Tendency of Human Beings to Copy One Another Is Shown in The Popularity of Fashion Clothes (3) (1)

The tendency of human beings to copy one another is shown in the popularity of fashion clothes and consumer goods. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is often argued that the current trend of fashion clothes and consumer goods among people becomes more popular by replicating those from other people. I strongly agree that the popularity of goods and dresses increases nowadays by following the trend of different people.

To start with, it is thought by many that the people who follow the culture of western regions are way higher than the common people. Besides, they prefer wearing jeans even in summer in our country and enjoy using electronic components which emit high radiation like mobile phones. In addition, it is quite often that the unique style of attraction from foreign countries in terms of fashion clothes and consumer goods entices our people in India at large. In particular, research in New Delhi had found that around 60% of our Indian population would like to prefer using foreign brands in terms of clothes and consumer goods.

Another point to be considered is that market globalization plays an indispensable role in our country to attain a wide range of foreign products by common people. Apart from this, being a common man, it is easy to be enticed by most of the advertisements through the media. To cite an example, market growth of Indian Terrain clothing store in India reached at its top by its advertisements where the famous actor Abhishek Bachan was acted. This clearly shows that most of his fans purchased the clothes from Indian Terrain for a popular actor.

To conclude, nowadays majority of the people blindly follow the trend of other people in terms of dress and goods. This transition has loosened the connection with our existing traditions. It is recommended that finding the balance between our culture and western culture is vital.
