The world would be a better place if women own the leadership. Do you agree or disagree with the statement?
The importance of women owning the leadership, which was always debatable, has now become more controversial, with many people claiming that it is beneficial while others reject the notion. The substantial influence of this trend has sparked controversy over the potential impact in recent years. In my opinion, in this modern world, if women have more power, the better.
Analyzing the statement and explaining further, the first and foremost reason is that women are multitaskers, they wear many hats, and they handle crisis situations well. Another striking benefit in this regard is that they lead by example, are empathetic, and focus on teamwork. For instance, Pratibha Patil was the first president of India, and she led an example for many females to work in politics and, also, to balance personal life.
Probing ahead, one of the main underlying reasons stems from the fact that is that, during past females were not having much authority to lead, and they were thought of as only homemakers. But, nowadays, women are leading the nation, and also, they are the breadwinner for their houses and also, nurturing the families.
To recapitulate, according to the arguments aforementioned above, one can reach the conclusion that women are not only made for housework but also, they can do if they give a thought about it. They can achieve anything and can set an example for future women.
