I am writing to inquire about the possibility of holding a party at your hotel for someone I know. I am very interested in hosting a party for a friend who is celebrating their birthday and I believe that your hotel would be an excellent venue for the occasion.
The party will be held in one of your private function rooms on the evening of the 5th of May. I would like to hold a cocktail party with finger foods and drinks for approximately 40 guests. The party will last for about four hours, from 7pm to 11pm.
As far as the budget for the party is concerned, I would like to spend around $2000. I hope this is within your range, but if there are any additional costs, please let me know.
I would like to ask if your hotel has the necessary facilities to host this kind of event. I would also like to know if you can provide a set menu for the party or if we would be able to select our own food items from a menu. Additionally, please let me know if you offer any additional services such as a DJ, decorations, or lighting for the party.
