You Relocated to An Overseas Country Recently and Shipped Your Furniture (1)

You relocated to an overseas country recently and shipped your furniture and other possessions through a shipping company. When you received them, you found some of them got damaged. Write a letter to the delivery manager of the shipping company:

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding your shipping company service. Due to the negligence of your staff, I found some of the furniture got badly damaged.

Let me inform you that I have recently moved to Delhi from Chandigarh. Many of my friends told me about your company’s quick service without any breakage to furniture. So, I preferred it. I had been migrating on 22nd September, and it had been expected to reach its destination no more than four days.

Suffice to say that it failed to provide adequate service. Firstly, the service was delayed, and the furniture that it carried had been damaged. It had a glass table. Although I had paid an additional amount; however, the glass was broken. Also, one leg of a chair was also broken. The harm did cost me an arm and a leg. In a nutshell, the loss was irreparable.

I would like you to look into the matter. It would be great if this problem is rectified on time for your valuable customers. Either you will bear the whole expenditure of broken items, or I should file a case against you.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours Sincerely,
