Sample Answer of Describe a Difficult Decision that You Once Made

Well, making decisions is a very daunting task for anyone because a good decision can make the life of a person while a bad decision can mar the life of a person. So it needs careful inspection. Here I would like to speak about a decision that I made, and it was doing a job. I made it by consulting with my husband because I was unable to do a job due to my small baby, so it was very difficult to leave her at home alone and do a job. However, I was fortunate enough that I was offered two lectures in the morning as a guest lecturer, so I had plenty of time to spend with my baby. I immediately accepted this offer. In this way, I could make a balance in my personal as well as professional life. It was difficult for me because I couldn’t leave my baby alone, and I think there is only a mother who can understand every need of his child. Now I think that if I had not taken that step earlier, I wouldn’t be in such a position. On the other hand, I didn’t spoil childhood, my baby. I took care of her and spent maximum time with her. Now she has grown up, so I would like to pursue my career in the same field for her bright future. Initially, I was very nervous because I didn’t want to take any risk, but when I saw the future of my child, then I collected my courage and made this decision. It could be possible due to the support of my husband. I felt over the moon by making this decision, and I think one must take risks in his or her life if one wants to make his future bright and it is also mandatory for the smooth running of life because making this decision with a sound mind and thinking about its future outcome prepare a person to go for another risk. So that was the time when I made a hard decision and which proved well.
