Some people say that individuals should change jobs during their working life often, while others believe that doing the same Job has advantages to individuals, companies, and society. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
In today’s era, Job plays an important role in a person’s development and growth. From time to time, the working class has increased as compared to the business class. Some people, for speedy growth, change their jobs frequently while some decide to stay in the same Job for a long. Both have their own advantages and disadvantage, which will be discussed below.
To begin with, if we talk about people who prefer a switch in their working life gets a good growth in terms of money and fame. They reach their desired aspirations. For example, an individual working in a Company gets 30thousand per month, and after a few months he gets a new job, and he gets 50 per cent increment he will switch whereas if he was working with the same organisation, he would not have got more than 20 per cent hike. But it has its disadvantage also people who tend to switch more frequently get good growth, but somewhere they lack in learning and getting knowledge.
Secondly, people who do not switch and want to stay in the same organisation have their own benefits. Their growth is slow and steady, but they get masters of their skill in which they are learning, and they get benefitted from their skills at a later stage which people switching frequently lacks.
To conclude I would like to give my opinion that both the phases have their own pros and cons. It is up to the individual how he takes his/her Job. I would prefer both scenarios.
