π There are so many teams that we encounter in daily life. I also work in a team at my workplace with people from different cultural backgrounds. Yet, we coordinate and achieve great things.
Today, I want to talk about a famous team member who always works hard to contribute significantly to his team and country. This person is Virat Kohli, one of the most prominent members of the Indian cricket team.
He was actually the former captain until a year ago but has now resigned from his role. He is one of the crucial batsmen in the team.
Sometimes, he acts as an opener in some matches, but mostly, he plays at number 3. I believe I read in a magazine that he worked very hard to achieve great things in his life. During his school days, he struggled a lot to make ends meet.
Now, he is one of the most popular celebrities around the world and serves as an inspiration to many. He has motivated numerous youngsters to pursue their dreams.

Part 3 Questions: Describe a Member of A Team that You Know About
Question 1:- In a team, is it more important to pursue individual development or to achieve team targets?
In my perspective, I think both roles are important in any team. Firstly, we need to concentrate on our development because, at the end of the year, during the appraisal season, our managers or supervisors focus on our skills and growth. Coordination between team members is also crucial in any organization. Tasks are often achieved in a team rather than individually, so it is essential to ensure that all tasks are equally distributed among team members, leading to successful outcomes. π§βπΌπ₯

In my perspective, organizing group activities for children during their summer vacations is beneficial.
