🎓 Dear Kinnari,
Hi, how are you doing? 😊 I am so happy to hear about your plan to come to India for a vacation next month, in August. It has been three long years since I’ve seen you, so I am quite excited to see you soon. The last time we met, you were preparing to leave India for your further studies, and we planned a holiday trip together, which has yet to happen.
I know you have wanted to take this holiday trip together for a long time, and so have I. However, I cannot plan the perfect days for this trip as I have an important client presentation scheduled at the end of the month, during the days we had initially thought of travelling.
I tried to convince my boss to reschedule the presentation dates as I would not be available, but it seems the dates cannot be moved further as the clients are coming from overseas, and the pre-booking has already been made. I also suggested to my boss that somebody else could cover my part in the presentation. However, I am the only person in my department aware of the statistics and reports, so finding a replacement will be a difficult task.
I do not want to miss out on the holiday trip with you, and I know you will be coming again at the end of the year. If it is fine with you, we can extend our holiday trip for a few more months. Also, many options would be available for a better destination at the end of the year in December, as the climate would be delightful. 🌞🏖️
Please share your thoughts and let me know if this plan works for you. Thank you for always understanding and being such a great friend to me. Lots of love to you. ❤️
