Well, there are numerous things that I have done in lockdown; today, I would like to discuss the activities which I have in my surrounding to stay healthy. First of all, I play cricket every day with my friends; my friends and I run for a ball and between the wickets. The school ground is near to my home. In the evenings, at around 4 pm, we spend our time playing cricket. Secondly, I have read in newspapers that to fight against corona we have to eat fresh vegetables and fruits as they contain nutrients.

Fortunately, near to my home, there is a market which sells fruits and vegetables. So on the mornings, I went to that place twice or thrice a week to bring the required items and fruits. I had eaten almost every day. I bought sufficient to eat for seven days. My friends and I try to go for a walk in the fields just to chit-chat for a while. Another thing I have done during the lockdown. I have cut down the intake of fast-food items. Before corona, I often ate burgers and noodles, but it is not good to eat outside food due to covid 19. So I had stopped eating them. All these four things helped me to stay fit as a fiddle. And I lost around 8 kgs weight in 3 months.

Well, senior citizens try to go for a walk every day with their family members or friends, people who cannot try to eat quality food which has less fat and more protein. Answer – Well, it’s a matter of choice. Some people love to engage in dangerous sports as they want to enjoy the thrill. Some dangerous games in India are sky diving, paragliding, and jalli kattu, which is famous in Tamilnadu. On the other hand, others don’t like it play because they want to involve in safe games. It is a personal interest of an individual.

Question 4. What else can people do to keep fit besides sports?

Answer – Well, they can do yoga and eat healthy food which contains less cholesterol and fat. Another thing they can do is to follow a good diet, and many videos are available on youtube related to it.
