The News Is an Important Source of Knowledge for All of Us About the World, Especially in This Era of Technology

The news is an important source of knowledge for all of us about the world, especially in this era of technology. Journalists are mainly responsible to bring this news to us but not all of them are true to their responsibilities and ethics. How much can we trust the journalists? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own experience or knowledge.

In recent years, journalism has had an impact on the lives of millions in this technological world; however, whether true or false news is having an effect on the followers. The question at hand is how trustworthy is our journalist?

Firstly, I think the media are expected to use the right tool to channel information to the public to prove its uniqueness of the news giving in such a way that, if a media man uses phones and other tools instead of the certified tool like audio/video recording devices to collect information will win the trust from the public about the news giving. Secondly, the Authority in charge of journalism should be on their toes to ensure that people pass through the best training of journalism and study the code of ethics and professionalism before being granted the qualification to deliver information to the public.

Again, inactive law enforcement has been a core issue over this in the sense that journalists give fake news with no sanctions. I suggest the law enforcement committee will ensure that whatever news circulating has a verdict of pure and clear with no dirt. Penalties should be given to anyone who dares give fake news and whoever breaches the code of ethics and professionalism.

In conclusion, it is possible to win the trust of the followers if the above suggestions are considered.
