Dear sir,

I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the services offered by your organization. I recently got my order of Realme smartwatch four days late as from the prescribed delivery date.

Since I have joined a fitness and wanted to check out the number of calories burnt each day using that smartwatch, I ordered it a week ago that was one march 2022, and the delivery date was five march 2022. I waited anxiously for it and was really disappointed with the type of service you had given me.

I want to suggest ways to resolve this problem. First, your company need to hire more field workers to cope with the high workload. Furthermore, a separate group is needed to monitor the different intermediate locations of delivery models so that they can reach them at scheduled times.
