I’m writing to formally report a situation I encountered and express my dissatisfaction towards the services and customer care service I received from your store.
The day before yesterday, I had my personal computer crashed, and I visited your store to be fixed immediately because I have a project work do with it. I explained my current situation to your repairers, and they reassured me that they would be fixed it for me as soon as possible hopefully, by two days later, I should come for it to continue my project work. The expected duration is due, and I called your business line for confirmation whether my computer had been fixed. Amazingly, I tried several times, but I couldn’t reach the employee of your customer service department. Lately, she answered the call and disclosed to me that my issues hadn’t been resolved yet with a flimsy excuse that there was a power outage.
I, therefore, suggest that please do well all to talk to your customer service department employees to be serious with their work and accept calls no matter the instance likewise the workers to do well and work on time as promised. Secondly, I suggest you equip your store with all tools and types of equipment needed for the workers to work effectively and efficiently.
