Everyone should become vegetarian because they do not need to eat meat to have a healthy diet. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
Good food habit helps to keep good health. People who follow a healthy diet do not include meets in the food menu. In my opinion, I will agree with this view the reasons for which I will explore in the following essay.
On the one hand, many people like to follow vegetable food habits. It contains lots of calcium, minerals and other vitamins. The vegetable food habit helps to reduce the chance of heart diseases and other illnesses like cancer and heart problems. For example, Some diet nutrition’s suggest only a vegetable diet for many people it will help to keep healthy life without non-vegetarian foods.
On the other hand, nowadays people are busy with their jobs and other things. So they don’t have time for heavy workouts in gyms or time taken exercises. So if people keep good healthy vegetable foods diet, they can keep good health condition and weight balance because they don’t eat heavy carbs and fat so people can maintain health good health condition so they can skip heavy workouts and exercises.
However, some people can’t accept this food habit because they like vegetables as well as non-vegetarian foods. Only vegetable food not suitable for children because the process of growing thing period they should eat foods with calcium and essential nutrients, so meat include many nutrients, calcium and vitamins also
To conclude, I am of the opinion, I agree with the people who follow the good healthy vegetarian diet they don’t want to eat meat.
