Many people believe that it is easier to have a healthy lifestyle in the countryside. Others believe that there are health benefits to living in cities. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.
Now -a- days, due to the hustle and bustle of life, health is one of the crucial aspects of one’s life. It is a matter of debate that most peoples thinks, and healthy life can be achieved in the countryside whereas, rest thinks the city is the best place for healthy living. This essay will discuss both these points of view and hence argue the latter view.
On the one hand, it is considered that living in the countryside is beneficial to health. Firstly, living is relaxed and have a slow pace of life. Secondly, there will be a pollution-free environment due to less traffic and congestion. And finally, consuming freshly grown vegetables and fruits which can be available in rural. For instance, the people living in rural has more age life as compared to urban.
On the other hand, living in a metropolis has its own benefits. One of the major benefits is medical care which is easily accessed, and one does have not to travel long distances. Additionally, various amenities are available and easy to reach. Apart from this, better job opportunities give larger scope for employments also, interaction with various people gives different experiences.
Although rural life is easier, as per my point of view, urban life is more convenient, as we know, cities are well developed and provide vast educational facilities and are easy to reach. In contrast, students have to travel rural to urban for schools and colleges, which is very time-consuming.
To sum up, rural and urban areas have their own pros and cons. But, a healthy lifestyle can be achieved in cities as well. Using eco-friendly resources is the best option considered to reduced pollution and to get fresh air better for one’s body.
