Alternatively, there are Some preventive measures to solve the given different issues. The foremost is to find out different ways in routine, which requires some physical effort. To exemplify this, take stairs instead of elevators, use a bicycle or walk for a short distance, walking while talking on phone calls, etc. Government can also spread awareness regarding calories, protein, and diet, also establish some strict rules for unhealthy foods and shops. There are several platforms which deliver natural, pure and healthy food with full of nutrition’s, people should order from there.
To conclude, it can be finally commented that there are many causes of unhealthy lifestyle such as attraction towards success in career and explore a variety of tastes around the globe; however, the aforementioned solutions can solve the problem.
