The Life Cycle of The Silkworm and The Stages in The Production

The information about how silkworm lives a well as different steps to produce silk cloth is depicted by a rendered diagram.

To outline the striking factors, the cyclic process is divided into four parts, which were obtained after almost 7-9 weeks.

To begin with, first stage numbers of eggs are produced by moths. After, ten days these eggs become silkworm larva which uses a mulberry leaf as a Source of food. Silk larva creates silk threads; however, it takes the longest time of the whole process (4-6 weeks).

After generating a sufficient volume of silk thread in 4-6 weeks, it transforms into a cocoon in just 3-4 days, where the cocoon is used to produce silk. Cloth, while larva grows as a moth. This moth can give eggs, as mentioned in the first stage, and the cycle repeats again.
