Admittedly, people have divergent outlooks regarding salaries given to physicians and tutors are not sufficient according to their work, mainly when superstars and directors are getting enough pay. Some are fascinated by this notion. At the same time, others are apprehensive with regard to doctors and instructors serving our country, so they deserve much more earnings than other professions. However, I am inclined to advocate that there should be a criterion for giving salary according to the talent and profession.
Needless to say, an imperative perspective in favour of clinicians and educator deserves more payment. To quote an instance, Teachers are the ones who inculcate everyone about good or bad as well as giving enough knowledge about each and everything without them becoming literate. On the other hand, doctors are known as other gods. They give their whole life to saving people’s lives. Moreover, parents spend their hard-earned money to make their children successful, but in the end, they do not get enough payment.
However, Actors and chiefs are playing a huge role in the country. They show the reality of life on the screens, and it’s not everyone’s cup of tea. They shoot day and night without taking rest. They invest their whole money to make a single movie. On top of it, They pay a hefty amount as tax which serves the country as well, as they spend money on Non-government organizations.
Protagonists espouse that it is not possible to give more salary to mentors and surgeons due to they are countless. On the other hand, Artists and executives are not in so much. In addition to this they are not only earning for themselves they are beneficial for their countries for instance when a top-rated movie launch at international level then they get awarded and earn enough money which serves for their country as well as it gives name and fame all over the world.
In my analysis, Some people think mentors should be paid more even though I advocate there should be a minimum salary according to their profession and ability.
