You have recently bought a Telephone with an answering machine from an online shop. The web page said that the answering machine shows you a list of who left a message so you can choose which to play first. Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a telephonic answering machine, which I purchased from your store on 4th November 2021. This answering machine let me listen to any message first out of a list; however, unfortunately, it recorded only the latest call.
Let me tell you that I have been running a small business for two years. Mostly, I deal with the import and export business. Now and then, due to a hectic schedule, I was not able to pick the call of my clients. So, I consider answering machines to be icing on the cake to meet the demands of the masses.
Suffice to say that it had been unreliable equipment as it could record only the last call. In addition, unclear voice quality exacerbated the situation. It had made my whole work standstill. Many of my clients have gotten angry with me. In a nutshell, I suffered financial loss and lost my credibility.
Would you be kind enough to replace it with a new one? I had spent an enormous amount on it; therefore, I am entitled to a full refund. If you get better quality than the earlier one, I will not hesitate to spend more owing to the good reputation of my business and for the valuable customers. Could you let me know when I can get the new one?
