Question 1:- Is it difficult to stay focused on something?

Answer:- From my exposure, I would say if we have an interest in something, I guess we can stay focused as much as we want, but in a sense, we cant stay if we are not curious about it.

Question 2:- When is it hard to concentrate?

Answer:- Well, when we are not in good mental or physical health, it is very hard to concentrate on something.

Question 3:- What may distract you when you are trying to stay focused?

Answer:- Sometimes, it is the gadgets we use or the noises around that mostly distract me from staying focused.

Question 4:- In what situations do you need to concentrate?

Answer:- I guess I concentrate more when at the time of deadlines like submitting assignments or last-minute studies for examination.

Answer:- I would say we need to be focused when we want something to be achieved in order to lead a good life because we live in a competitive world.

Question 6:- What do you do to improve your concentrate?

Answer:- Well, we can do so many things to improve our concentration like staying away from things which steal our attention, avoiding noises, preparation of a good timetable and a good mind can help more.

Question 7:- What do you do to help you concentrate?

Answer:- From my viewpoint, I always think about my final destination point, which makes me more focused. For example, I always wish to be an RN in the USA, and I imagine as staff working there and helps me to be motivated.

Question 8:- Is it easy for you to do two things simultaneously?

Answer:- I will not say either yes or no. Because it is based on the things we do, there are many things we can do simultaneously, and others are not.
