Owning a Home Rather Than Renting One Is Very Important for People

In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might this be the case? Do you think this is a positive or negative situation?

It is an irrefutable fact that nowadays, in many nations, people consider owning a house much more vital than being on rent. In my perspective, it is a positive situation. This essay will highlight why this situation occurs and also elaborate on my opinion in subsequent paragraphs.

Admittedly, it is true that having your own house provides security and pride to an individual. In other words, a person feels more safe and secure. They do not have any stress and anxiety related to the monthly rent of the house or complaints of the landlord. To epitomize, according to a survey conducted among people of America, more than half of people having their own house considered themselves safe they do not have any tension related to rent also they can refurbish their home according to their requirements they have no fear of the landlord. Apart from this, people with their own house live with pride and also receive respect and dignity from society.

Furthermore, it is seen that the next generation of such people also does not suffer from any obstacles related to home . However, people on rent face more negative situations. Firstly, such people have a big fear of paying rent from their stable income. Owing to this they couldn’t save any money for future reference. For instance, in underdeveloped countries like India, people with low income couldn’t pay their rent, the result of which, they become homeless and start living on the outskirts in slum areas. This creates a lot of repercussions and also decreases the respect and dignity of the country.

To conclude, it has been seen that Negative effects on living rent are more. As a result, people gave more importance to buying their own houses and securing their future.
