The diagrams below show the life cycle of the silkworm and the stages in the production of silk cloth. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant. Write at least 150 words.
The information about how silkworm lives a well as different steps to produce silk cloth is depicted by a rendered diagram.
To outline the striking factors, the cyclic process is divided into four parts, which were obtained after almost 7-9 weeks.
To begin with, first stage numbers of eggs are produced by moths. After, ten days these eggs become silkworm larva which uses a mulberry leaf as a Source of food. Silk larva creates silk threads; however, it takes the longest time of the whole process (4-6 weeks).
After generating a sufficient volume of silk thread in 4-6 weeks, it transforms into a cocoon in just 3-4 days, where the cocoon is used to produce silk. Cloth, while larva grows as a moth. This moth can give eggs, as mentioned in the first stage, and the cycle repeats again.
