Through this epistle, I would like to thank you for this opportunity which was given by you as a team leader in your organization, and I apologize for same that I can not join your office.
There are ample reasons due to which I am not thinking about switching my job. First of all, I am very satisfied with my position and salary and other concerns. I have been working here for the last five years now. This firm is like family to me. Furthermore, The location of my office suits my family and me because my wife is also doing a job in the next building as well as a school for my kids is on the way to my home.
In addition to this, In my organization, they do not have any hard and fast rules relating to timings and holidays as well as they also give us an option of work from home whenever I am not able to visit the office. Even though I am well pleased with my duties and also my staff is very supportive, they always stand for each other in their thick and thin. So I can not even think about leaving my office.
