The rendered bar graph illustrates the amount of leisure time enjoyed by men and women of different employment statuses in a typical week for the period of 1998 and 99

It is Lucid that males who employed full time spent the maximum number of leisure time, which accounted for 50 hours, while females spent minimum leisure time, constituting approximately 37 hours.
Those who were employed in part-time work were only females, making up 40 hours, and females who were housewives spent their leisure time, accounting for 50 hours.

Moving further, males who were unemployed had used the highest number of leisure hours, which constituted 83, whereas females had used less number leisure hours than males.
As regards to retirement category, males ranked first( 83 hours ) whereas females ranked last, making up approximately 77 hours.

Overall, only employed females who did part-time jobs enjoyed their spare time, and in the majority of cases, males used their spare time more as compared to females.
